Hi, my name is Tristan, the man behind iamchef.

I developed this blog in 2014 due to my undeviating desire to cook and take photos of my food; yep, I’m that guy, a loud and proud food-picture-taker’er, guilty. – I’ve always been a creative and have been ardent about cooking since I was young. As I have grown, my skills in the kitchen have as well, my life now revolves around an excitement of improvisational cooking in my apartment in London, thus iamchef was born. 

I am a photographer and video editor by trade, but a chef at heart, I want to combine these talents and show you my results.
